Bill Gordon er veldig mye på reisefot i forbindelse med jobben sin, og får således med seg både amerikanske og europeiske festivaler. Men de største gledene er knyttet til festivalene Burning Man og Lollapalooza - som vi drømmer om å oppleve her hjemme på bjerget.

1. What is your three favourite festivals - why - and dresscode?
- Honestly, I don’t go to too many festivals, but the ones I like:
a. Burning Man
b. Lollapalooza
c. Zen Fest (long time ago)

- Dresscode at something like Burning Man is: whatever you plan to throw away! Burning Man takes place in the Nevada desert and the playa will absolutely kill any clothes and shoes you have. Although, I have observed that many people don’t wear anything at all at BM!

- Something like Lollapalooza (and probably Coachella, even though I have never been to that) would just be comfortable t-shirt and shorts. Probably jeans, extra change of clothes/shoes if I am camping there. Nothing fancy though.

2. You never forget to bring?
- Money and a camera.

3. How do you get a festival mood?
- I probably drink some alcohol. Normally though, playing music helps.

4. Your best festival advice?
- Be prepared to get dirty and stand around alot. If you can’t do that, stay home. It’s rough out there.

5. Mud wrestling in the camping or clean hotel sheets?
- I like my clean hotels, personally. I’m spoiled that way.

6. Going with friends or meeting new ones?
- Both, either.

7. Easy listening or head banging?
- There’s a time for each of those. I can do both.

8. Dirty toilets or peeing in the park?
- I’ll pee in the park. The worst part of any festival is the port-a-potties. I absolutely hate those things. That’s why we brought our own portable toilet to Burning Man! It was the best investment I ever made!

9. Your best festival memory ever?
- Seeing all of the crazy art installations at Burning Man. Amazing stuff there.

10. Which festivals can we meet you this season?
- Don’t know… let me know what’s happening!
